I never knew Tina personally but my father Jim Modlin worked with Tina for many years. He talked of Tina often, he really liked working with her before he retired. My deepest sympathy to her family during such a difficult time.

LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE three seemingly small yet powerful words that so well epitomize Tina. Our having lost touch since school, we "coincidentally" found us to be "neighbors" of a sort some years back. In those years since, it was easy to re-connect and see Tina still loved to live life to the fullest, making every moment count--every person count; a life filled with laughter, letting her sweet, sweet spirit shine through to all around her, spilling over with love--love for family, love for others. My love and prayers to Mark and their family.
Eternal Rest grant unto her O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace; Amen.

Lisa, Chariss and Mark,
My heart mourns deeply for your family. We've lost a beautiful mother, wife and friend. What a loss here, but what a gain in heaven! I'm sure that we'll hear that bubbly laugh of Tina's from time to time, because her laugh, smile and comforting words will always be with us. I'd like to believe that baby Easton will be blessed with a bubbly laughing, smiling, guardian angel to watch over him. Who knows? Love to you all! Debbie Steenrod

The first time I met Tina I knew that we would become friends. She was that way with everyone she met. She was always happy, laughing and telling jokes! I knew her for 13 years and yet I felt she had always been in my life. We enjoyed her stories about herself and her family. She was extremely proud of her girls and husband and even her pets. (Even though she said she would never have a dog in the house!) I teased her alot about that and she would tell me to shut-up! She enjoyed life every day no matter what. We will miss you but you will always be in our minds and hearts forever.

Dear Mark, Chariss, Scott, Lisa, and Rob,
We're heartbroken at the news of Tina's death. She was always such a fun, caring, and sweet lady. Her laughter was infectious. In everything she said and did, it was obvious that all of you were the center of her universe, and we know that she will be missed more than words can ever express. We send our love and hopes that God's grace will grant you special memories of the best of times and speed the healing of your grief.
Love,
Steve and Edie

Our Red Hot Red Hat group of ladies was so shocked to hear the news of Tina. We are truly sorry for your loss and we will miss her so much. She was the life of our Red Hats. She always had a smiling face and a good joke to tell us. It will not be the same without her at our dinners. We will miss her infectious laughter and she will leave an empty spot at our table that no one else will ever be able to fill. We will never forget her. She seemed more like our Queen with her presence and her beauty. She was so much fun and so compassionate and so beautiful. There is no one like her. Our hearts go out to her family.
